Is this a good low carb meal?

I make a salad and this is whats in it. 

Lettuce

boneless skinless Chicken breast (4oz)

Sour Cream

Freshly made Salsa or from a jar. Not too much. 

RED ONION

BROCCOLI

I squeeze a LEMON in there. 

 

Reason I ask is because this tastes too good to be low carb and possibly keto friendly.    I'm 2 weeks into low carbing and no sugar and I've lost 9 pounds a lot of it water weight.   Let me know if this salad is something i can eat 3-4 times a week?

    Input each item, count the carbs. If you’re happy with the number, eat it.

    Hi  onions are on the avoid rating but that doesnt mean you can not have them - it is not possible to really say if this is good or bad because you have to look at the overall food for the day you consume and what your overall macros are against what you are suppose to have . The macros in your food wheel will visually show you
