Macro counting 101
Macro counting is not new to me, but I would like some more insight to be a little more correct. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. So my question is; How do I count the macros for for something cooked in a liquid. example: I slow cooked chicken in a crock pot, in chicken stock. But drained the juice because I don't need the juice, just my chicken. this is the only example I can think of atm because I just made it.
