Help

Hi I'm Kelly  and I'm looking for a lil bit of input....I have been doing keto since Aug 23 and have lost 32 so far. ....i'm having an issue with this....I will follow my carb protein and fat religiously and get stuck between 2lbs (going up/down)so I fast and weight goes down but then I get stuck again. I cant ever seem to get all the fat on a regular basis .that's a struggle too. Any help would be appreciated!

I just ran across an article citing a study that suggested that the optimal fat-burning fasting duration for women is only 14-15 hours. Longer durations can slow metabolism. However, there are benefits to longer fasts like human growth hormone increase. Women over 40 like me have metabolism issues on keto. I had success breaking through a plateau by merely  eliminating carbs at my first meal. Eating 75-80% fat every day works better for people like me. I always have a harder time getting all my fat, too, unless I pre-input my meals.
