Need advice

First timer following the keto diet for about 6 weeks now and apart from initial 4kg drop - nothing!  

I am not particularly hungry, keep my carb intake between 20 and 30 grams, struggle sometimes to get my fat and protein right up there and my calories are quite low.

what am I doing wrong?

on the plus side my ibs symptoms are so much better.

    Take measurements rather than weigh. Some people lose inches before weight. Fat cells are redistributing, you are gaining muscle much easier...and muscle weighs more than fat. Just relax, enjoy the feeling and the weight loss will follow. Look up the whoosh effect online. That explains no weight loss followed by a sudden drop.

  • Thankyou. Interestingly I put on a pair of pants for work this morning that I hadn’t worn for a while and they were def looser.
