Search all foods I've eaten
I'd like to be able to search all foods I've eaten--not just fav, frequent or recent. Sometimes I make a meal with ingredients I don't use often, and a month later I need to enter it again.
Right now that requires re-searching the general foods list which isn't always accurate for all entries and I'd like to re-use the one I found most accurate last time.

^This! Maybe I've missed it, but I'm constantly having to go to previous days entries to find an item I've entered. Sometimes, I've scanned a package and discarded it, but have leftovers in the fridge. The current search brings up way too many 'similar' foods, but not what matches my scanned package without having to match it up. Also on the 'similar' foods issue, I'll match up nutritional information on a package to what search finds, but days later when I try to enter it again my choices are to match the information again or scroll back several days until I find the entry and then do a 'copy to' function. Either a new category in search results of 'Foods I've Eaten' or a search option of the same would greatly simplify entering left-overs and open items in the fridge. Thanks.

i hear you. Of all the apps i’ve used, none of them have had that feature. I know Weight Watchers’ app would let you search your scanned foods, but not sure how far back.
I hate to say it, but when it comes to infrequent foods you will have to rescan, even then it is not always 100% accurate.
Good luck!

Olongo Yeah, I really expected scanned foods to match up to the label, but I've found that is not always the case. My work around for this shortcoming is to add it to My Foods and then delete it when appropriate. I don't like adding things to My Foods because then they disappear from the Common or Branded sections, iirc.

Olongo For Example: This morning I scanned PBfit Peanut Butter Powder by Better Body Foods. Scanning found one that was listed as by Better Baby Foods and the nutrient numbers didn't match the label. A search for "peanut butter powder" finds a dozen listings for this very product, but scanning it found one with incorrect nutrient info. For some reason, I couldn't edit my earlier post. Also, now that I've entered a product that matches the label as My Foods, scanning the product still brings up the incorrect version.
