Just finished one month- update
With no cheats! I can honestly say that it is so easy now to follow. I don’t to get carb cravings anymore and rarely think about eating. I do continue to eat breakfast lunch and dinner because I feel best that way with all the exercise I do. I’ve been walking 2 to 3 miles a day with my dogs and have so much more energy. I have lost 13.6 pounds and 10 inches as of today !
