Just finished one month- update

With no cheats!  I can honestly say that it is so easy now to follow. I don’t to get carb cravings anymore and rarely think about eating. I do continue to eat breakfast lunch and dinner because I feel best that way with all the exercise I do. I’ve been walking 2 to 3 miles a day with my dogs and have so much more energy. I have lost 13.6 pounds and 10 inches as of today !

    Great job! Isn't it an amazing diet? 10 inches, wow! I had in my first month more pounds off at 16 lbs, the inches came way later for me. Keep at it and eat lots of Turkey and some salad for Thanksgiving 🍖
