2 months in...30 pounds down!!
Hi everyone.
Today marks me being 2 months into the keto diet and I couldn’t be happier with this life change! Before starting keto I got severe migraines at the very least 3 times a week, was constantly tired because I wouldn’t sleep for more than 2 1/2-3 hours every night, My depression was constantly an issue and I was just honestly always miserable. Having 3 young kids I learned how to hide my misery. Since starting keto I noticed changes immediately. I’ve actually been sleeping, I haven’t had any migraines whatsoever since I started 2 months ago and my depression hasn’t been an issue at all. I’m so much happier. I’ve noticed I smile A LOT more now and I’ve got so much energy. After only 2 months in, I’m 30 pounds down and have lost A LOT of inches all over my body. It’s amazing how much I’ve changed both mentally and physically. I started this journey weighing 232 and as of today I’m down to 202. I do not have a “goal” weight because I refuse to be a number on the scale. My goal is to just feel good in my own skin. While I know I’ve still got a ways to go I’m excited about this journey and can’t wait to continue to see the changes!!
