πππItβs my 2 month ketoversary πππ I started 1/7/19 and Iβm beyond proud of me for committing to the change and to myself. The simplicity and the results have blown me away. When I think about the decades lost searching for a solution, it breaks my heart. Thatβs why every day, every victory no matter the size will be celebrated. Woohoo! I, too, am wondering why I never stumbled upon this amazing method before. I can see, more than any diet EVER, that this truly could be a lifestyle for me. I don't feel deprived much at all but I just finished my first week with 7 pounds lost. Need to add more steps to my day and get in all that protein.
