Looking for Keto Yogurt & Fruit Suggestions
Hello - new here! New to Keto, trying hard, but struggling to break my fruit and yogurt routine. The I like plain, whole milk, greek yogurt with apples or bananas and I can't seem to find a yogurt that is keto friendly (1 cup tends to satisfy me) and as for fruit, I haven't found that berries are much better than my once daily apple! Help!

This is a problem a lot of people just starting out have. Of course it’s the reason those of us are trying Keto to begin with. It’s our previous food habits that have us trying the Keto lifestyle. You didn’t say when you eat the yogurt, is it for breakfast? A snack? Now you can eat yogurt with fruit, it’s best to have half a cup of yogurt, with maybe a quarter cup of berries and that is not really bad for Keto. According to Carb Manager that combination is 8.9 grams of carbs. If you could manipulate your macros for the rest of the day you could have these things. Yogurt is very good for you and I have used it when I have trouble getting my protein in. I have it with cinnamon in it and find it very satisfying.

Thank you so much for all of that insight! I have my first meal of the day at noon and its usually big, so, yes this yogurt with fruit and an egg. I must be using the wrong yogurt, mine comes up at 15g! So, I will research an "A" graded yogurt... I wonder if a french yogurt would be better since its made with cream and not milk... hmmm....
