Scale to macros
I'm trying to use one some of the meal plans, but when I check scale to macros, the daily macros for the day aren't anywhere near keto. Often the protein is substantially higher, fat lower, and carbs over.
I really want to use the meal plans for convenience and since I am new putting meals together.
What's up with this?
I don’t have the meals but I usually decide what I’m going to eat in the morning, track it all and then make sure I hit all my targets. Although I do usually go over in fat and to low in protein! I heard it’s much worse to go over in protein! It helps me stay on track and if I’m hungrier then normal I add a mini baybel. They are zero net carbs and just a bit of fat and protein
