This is very common. The first couple of weeks, you will be losing water weight, along with burning through your fat stores. Are you still in ketosis? If so, you are on the right track. After the initial big loss, your body will take a bit to get to the weight loss again. Most people experience a weight stall right at this point, so no need to make major changes at this point.
MCT oil is great for you and your body, I wouldn't remove it from your diet. Take a look at your daily macros. If you are getting enough protein, keeping your carbs low, and feeling full, keep trucking. You'll see the weight loss again.
After this week, I do recommend recalculating your daily caloric intake. Because your body is changing, you will want to re-calculate one a month. I do mine on the first of the month to keep it routine. You may also want to take a look at how much of a caloric deficit you have set for yourself. If you have set a very small deficit, enlarge it a bit. Restricting your calories will show you a faster weight loss, but you want to make it manageable. Don't jump into high-restriction, it'll be tough to keep this up over the long term.
Keep up the good work!
