I am going to start the Keto diet this week, and have a question about adding to the meal plan.. can you do that or do you just eat what the plan tells you,, meaning, like adding a salad etc.. I can't find anything about this.
I’m new. Not following your question. The app lets you log whatever you eat during the day to track your macros. I don’t follow a plan just whatever recipes or articles I find. Maybe I’m missing something.
I believe if you purchase the premium part of this app it gives you a meal plan. I use only the free portion to track my food and macros. I used YouTube or Pinterest to find my meal ideas
