Suzi’s Homemade Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
1 stick or 1/2 c. real Butter
1/2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 egg
2/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
Instructions
1. On medium heat in a medium sauce pan, melt butter.
2. Whisk in Heavy Whipping Cream until well incorporated.
3. Whisk in egg quickly and turn heat up a little above medium.
4. Immediately whisk in Parmesan Cheese until melted
5. Finally, whisk in salt, pepper and parsley until all is incorporated and turn heat off.
Pour over your favorite foods
I make this sauce to pour over eggs, Zoodles, steak, chicken, shrimp, pork... the options are endless.
