Badmojomn yes I make this weekly for my husband. That’s me making it on the video. I’ve not noticed any film. My husband enjoys it with the granular Swerve. Using confectioners Swerve gives it more of a mousse consistency. I’ve also not made it with almond milk. I always use Premier Protein Shakes. This is a perfect use for all the leftover egg yolks I have from the cheese biscuits & meringue kisses my husband eats daily.

Keto Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Makes 6 Servings
Serving Size 3/4c
Calories 250
Total Carbs 25.7g
Net Carbs 3.7g
Protein 7.7g
Fat 21.7g
5 egg yolks
1/2c granular Swerve or powdered Swerve
(Or 1/2c Erythritol)
1c Heavy Cream
1c Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
(Or unsweetened vanilla milk)
1 tsp Mint Powder or 1/2tsp mint extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1c (70g) chopped Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips (frozen)
Follow directions for ice cream maker
Mix cold ingredients together.
Pour into ice cream maker.
Add chocolate chips at the end
Scoop into cold bowls.
Note:
Eating raw eggs is not recommended.
