Day 1! 38yr old working mom of 3, seeking quick recipes!
Hi all!
New to carbmanager, today is my Day 1. My target is 19 net carbs per day. So far so good today, I haven't felt hungry, and when i eat, I feel satisfied. I mean, a diet that allows bacon and guac can't be half bad 😉
I would like to lose 60-70lb, possibly more depending on how I'm feeling as I progress. I just came off weight watchers, It was working but then my body just plateaued, and there wasn't any more that I could adjust due to the point system. So i'm really excited to give this a try.
I'm a full time working mom to 3 girls, a 6yo and twin almost 2yo's. I don't have a large amount of time to prep etc, so please rec any quick meals/recipes! I also have a husband not on keto, so it's going to be a challenge making myself a little something different, but i'm ready for the changes.
