Working out my Micros

I’m sure there are loads and loads of posts on this.  But as a seriously dyslexic person can someone break it down for me and how I have to enter it please as I’ve just read that my fats should be double my protein, but mine look like the photo attached when entered into carb manager.  HELP!!!!

    Im a newbie here but i give it a try to help you out.  I looked on my screen and my fat is not double protien. I just wanted to see if you have set up your complete profile and it will adjust according to what you want to do.  I can help you complete your profile if you need help.

    Go to Settings, then hit Macros tab.  Check the setting under Carbs : Protein : Fat Ratio.   Most of us select 5:25:70 (Keto).

    what would be the difference between that and just using low carb high fat option?

    Berry2you The Low Carb High Fat option says:

    12% Carbs

    25% Protein 

    63% Fat

    It’s completely up to you.  It just depends on which plan appeals to you or works better.
