Yes, I've had a problem with foot & leg cramps for quite some time. Mostly at night. I make sure to eat avocado and spinach everyday, take a multi daily and several potassium supplements throughout the day and magnesium before going to bed. Those all help quite a lot. Walking a couple of miles a day also really helps, but I'm bad about not doing that.
