Does anyone get muscle cramps

    Yes, I've had a problem with foot & leg cramps for quite some time. Mostly at night. I make sure to eat avocado and spinach everyday, take a multi daily and several potassium supplements throughout the day and magnesium before going to bed. Those all help quite a lot.  Walking a couple of miles a day also really helps, but I'm bad about not doing that.

    Pickle juice or mustard are a miracle for me!! within minutes!  I even found little bottles of pickle juice on Amazon! I drink it as soon as I feel one coming on! I get them horrible!

    Add Himalayan Sea salt to your food you need salt.

    Also I take Trace Mineral drops in my water.

    Diet tonic water as Bella says, it absolutely works, it contains quinine and has worked miracles for me, i used to be in agony but now as long i drink it regularly i have little to no problems. 

    Let us know how you get on and what works for you.
