I am a self named vinophile so I like to drink wine with my evening meal. Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc...they are ones lower in sugar. 3 net carbs per 5 oz glass.
Also: Hard Liquors if consumed in moderation are no carbs!
Hi there! Michelob Ultra is 3g net carbs, and the drier the wine the better. There are great lists to reference out there if you google search Keto friendly alcohols.
My favorite is Single Malt Scotches, Balvenie 12yr Double Wood, neat . But hard liquor with water or ice will not knock you out provided you use moderation.
Vodka mixed with flavored sparkling water, or a Gin martini, or a scotch are my faves and have not kicked me out of ketosis. However, alcohol slows my weight loss. I love wine but have found that hard liquor works best for me on this KETO journey.
