Calories

I’m having trouble keeping my calories down. I’ve been able to stick to my 33 grams of carbs but the calories are way too high. Should I worry about it? Thanks!

    If you are losing weight don’t worry about it. If you aren’t losing or start gaining then rethink your choices.

    I have started logging for the day as soon as I can. That way I can adjust a high calorie item if I'm going to  go over. As far as calories go, I think they are as important as your macro. I don't know how far off you are on calories,  but if it is a small amount I wouldn't fret it, just learn from it.

    Does it matter from  where you are getting your calories if you ultimately do not exceed the total suggested? One day I may get more calories from fat vs. my protein or vice versa, or more from carbs than protein.
