Struggling with Fat
My life has been built around lean and green for some time now. However due to a new desk job and the loss of 2 parents my weight went up. I am trying to lose 20lbs. I can keep inside my 16 net carbs, I struggle with finding fat and feel ill when I do and my protein often goes over since I use a Whey Protein Powder. Any suggestions for increasing fat without making me choke?
