Week 1 - doing great so far!

I started the keto diet 1 week ago and am down 9 lbs. Now I realise that's mostly water weight but proves I can stick to it easily. Never had a craving, keto flu or anything until today. Could it be I know I dropped 9 lbs so I think I should have a cookie? Well I'm going to fight through it and see how week 2 goes.

  • yeah week two for me lost 5 pounds not bad, feeling good, the hardest times are between lunch and dinner.
