Hi!

I am not necessarily new to keto - I originally started on the Atkins diet and last 9 pounds inside of 2 weeks. Then it slowed way down. I’m down a total of 13 pounds but I seem to have stalled some f which is my own fault. I haven’t gained so that’s goid- but I want to loose 20 or so more...  this app is great  but I honestl don’t kniw where to start and how to proceed... I don’t eat carbs except in some cases and then it’s usually a little. Suggestions or help would be great! Thanks...

    👋 hi welcome to the forum. I would start with a black coffee, feet up and read. Gorge yourself on old posts. I learnt a lot that way myself.  You should be eating non starchy vegetables everyday, not that our bodies need carbs, they make what they need but you do need the fibre & micro nutrients.

    under low carb chat in the Favourite Self Education post is a long list of mostly free, sources for self learning. Plenty of videos too.
