Used up all my fats early in the day

Please help me with ideas of what I could eat the rest of the day.

    I don’t do macros sorry. Tracked total carbs only for about 8 weeks over a year to spot check myself. Relax into this, listen to your body. 

    Casey has a page on her blog listing foods to eat which may help, keep it simple, also listening to loads of YouTubes, reading etc. See  Favourite Self Education under the heading low carb chat.

    HW 289lbs  GW 170lbs. .... 13lbs to goal. (Not all lost in one year, not trying to deceive anyone but the bulk of the total is through continuing Keto lifestyle).
