Hi I’m Patty

I’m into the Keto 11 days now and I’m still not in ketosis. I’m not losing weight all I eat is veggies and proteins I’m confused. I don’t know if what I’m doing wrong. I look at the labels and I won’t eat anything unless it’s only a few or less carbs 🤔

  • Have you used a keto calculator to determine what macros you need. Carbs/Protein/Fats. Make sure you are getting all your fats, then Protein.  Use the food log to track what you eat everyday.  Up your fats to 80%. In a month if you haven't lost weight then try intermittent fasting.

    Hi Patty. Are you eating all the fat you are supposed to. Fat is the biggest part of what you eat.
