I’m into the Keto 11 days now and I’m still not in ketosis. I’m not losing weight all I eat is veggies and proteins I’m confused. I don’t know if what I’m doing wrong. I look at the labels and I won’t eat anything unless it’s only a few or less carbs 🤔
Have you used a keto calculator to determine what macros you need. Carbs/Protein/Fats. Make sure you are getting all your fats, then Protein. Use the food log to track what you eat everyday. Up your fats to 80%. In a month if you haven't lost weight then try intermittent fasting.
