A real plateau lasts weeks/months:) Your body is just catching up to the initial weight loss. You’ll probably notice changes in your body before the scale so just keep going.

Hi, I am 68 and have lost very very slowly. Would you like to befriend me. We will be able to see each other food journals if you do. I could use some encouragement. Thanks

Hi, I don’t track or journal.  I occasionally have been on the app Forum or Groups and will respond.  I’ve been  maintaining on low carb/ keto since 2017 and living the lifestyle.  I’ve never tracked ketones after the first month or so.  My eating varies, mostly keeping carbs below 60, but I eat much higher carbs when at events and vacations. The great thing is that after a while it’s easy to go back to low carb after a “carb up”.  Good luck with your journey, stick to it, the benefits are worth it.

  • Take2asap Hi I am 62 and not very active. I ordered a recumbent bike and hope it works. I had a regular exercise bike and a treadmill that were like brand new because I have osteoarthritis. I hope this one will help.
