Switching from Keto to Low Carb

Ok everyone, I need some input and think tank here. I’ve been doing Keto ( <30 net carbs) for 6 weeks and have lost 26 lbs. I am thinking about switching over to low carb (<75 net carbs). I am also weight training so the extra carbs will

help not hit a wall in the gym as well as let me eat something other than omelette s and hamburger patties (I hate broccoli, avacados, etc). I’ll still be maintaining a 30% calorie reduction excluding workout calories burned. So 30% based on lightly active and BMI. Has anyone transitioned and did you see a change in weight loss speed?

    Expect a little water weight from the extra carbs.  Otherwise it’s great, I often fluctuate my carbs daily.  I find myself eating a lot of very low carb days without thinking about it.  But it’s great to  eat more veggies and fruits and some bread more freely without worrying about ketosis.

    655721be-5539-3262-9b01-1953484d9fa5 that’s kind of my thought. I still plan on trying to stay in the 30 range but not feel guilty if I go up to 50 or a little more in a day. Some flexibility
