I’m happy to have joined the Carb Manager family :)

I’m not doing keto or a specific diet, I just want to be more aware of what I’m eating and get back to my prime fitness/weight — hopefully by my 4 year anniversary (September 4th)!

I just finished a 21 day food/exercise challenge with some friends, I had losses in all my measurements and I went from 141.3 to 133.9 — a 7.3 lb loss in 3 weeks! I’m super stoked and excited for continuing progress and I’m sure this app with be a huge help
