Day 4. Loving this Keto eating!
Hi Everyone! Just starting my 4th day and had a wonderful breakfast. I made a bacon, cheese and asparagus (leftiver from last night) omelette and oh my it was so good and filling and only 5 net carbs! I have been on WW for years and counting points and hubgry and snacking all the time. It is amazing to me I am not hungry between meals! Eating good foods and so satisfied. WOW! Plus I have lost 4 pounds since Monday!
