Hi: I'm not a planner. One meal at a time. I record in Carbmanager before I eat anything, if it's high in Carbs I don't eat it. I keep below 20 carbs, usually below 15. Sometimes it's hard to keep the protein in the range but I succeed more than fail. My suggestion is to record absolutely everything and stick to it. Take measurements, sometimes the scale doesn't tell it all. Goodluck!! You can do this if I can believe me :)
