New to Keto - Quick question about tracking CostCo Cashews

I’ve been eating the Kirkland Organic Whole Cashews Unsalted and Unroasted.  I scanned the product and it came up with 0 Net Carbs, 0 Fat, 0 Protein and 5 calories for a 1 ounce serving.  But my wife informed me that the Nutrition Facts on the bottle states 7 Net Carbs,   12 Fat, 5 Protein and 150 Calories for an ounce serving.   Which is correct?

  • Definitely the Nutrition facts on the bottle. Cashews are higher in carbs than macadamias, walnuts, pecans, almonds.

    Switch to almonds.  Cashews are high in carbs as the bottle indicates.  I eat 10 almonds as a snack, with water that's filling.
