HIIT training in Keto

Does anybody do HIIT training while on Keto? Thoughts?

    Yes, once a week for a half an hour session. It’s good.

  • Yes, all forms of exercise on keto.  If you’ve already been exercising you may feel a bit less energy in the beginning but it gets better.

    Yes. I have increased regular exercise and feel great.  Strength training and cardio are super important, and I also do yoga to keep the body loose.

    e7cf7c2a-82ce-3c76-cfa7-97758da1ccd4 I was struggling to get through my workouts the first week. Have a little extra pep in my step now

    I weightlift and hiit 4x/week. You can do it.
