Export Recipes

I would love a way to export recipes to either Word or Excel. I like printed recipes but when I print them directly from Carb Manager it includes pictures and all the nutritional info. I'd love to be able to edit the written recipe so the information either fits on one page or onto 2 that I can print double sided.
