Thank you. I am sticking with it. My metabolism has been nonexistent for about 4 years. I had never had to worry about my weight until then. The pounds kept going up, and I felt worse and worse. I had already cut out bread and pasta long ago as well as sugary foods. At least the initial weight-loss is something. I literally have not lost any weight before this. Lets keep in touch.

I've been doing this since April. What I found is that even though the scale is reading the same number for a few days I was still losing fat around the midsection. Then after a few days the numbers would start dropping again. I also kick started loss from a stall once by having wings with bbq sauce instead of buffalo sauce. Freaked myself out because it was nearly tripple the carbs that I should have had for the day but I had rapid weight loss afterwards, was weird but it worked.
