Totally confused.

I am new to Keto. Planning to start in Monday. I signed up for the premium so I could get meal plans to keep it simple. However my meal plans all have me eating higher amounts of proteins than fats. Which is not how my macros say it should be. Am I doing something wrong? I need to get this figured out so I can begin Monday.

    Which Keto have you put in your settings? Maybe the high protein one? 

    There is also also a lot of fat in proteins.

    Ej  it just says Keto. I see there are other options but didn’t know if I should pick others. I can send pics if needed.
