I saw your subject line and had to chime in. I was thinking the same thing the other day. I am a carb addict. I have to accept it and stay away from them. I got so sick after a couple of weeks on Keto, I almost quit. They say that the worse you're hooked on carbs, the worse the Keto flu will be... Well, I thought I was going to pass out when I was playing golf and suffering from the Keto flu. But I got through it and now I feel great. I have so much energy. I've lost over 20 lbs of fat and I've put on 10 pounds of muscle from working out. I've lost 4 inches off of my waist as well. I've been on Keto now for about 10 weeks. Welcome aboard!
