2 weeks in

I’ve been doing this for about two weeks. I’m doing about 50g of carbs a day and not counting protein and fat too much. I’ve lost 4 pounds so far. I’m pretty happy with that. It’s been pretty easy.

    I think it’s pretty easy too. I’ve lost 22 so far. I love that I don’t get hungry. Good luck
