Hi - I’m new to keto & this app. It’s actually only day 2. I have 2 questions about this app if someone could help, I’d greatly appreciate it.
- after I entered all my details, the app said I should eat 1678 calories. Could this be right? Seems high. What happens if I don’t make it?
- i entered all my details including my current weight & my newsfeed says I gained 28lbs. How can I fix that?
