Down 30 lbs in 3 months!!

Mom of three last one is 11 month old and this is the fastest and easiest way I have lost my baby weight😄😄😄 I have become queen of prolonged fasts latest one 85 HR water fast I was incredible am happy to have found this way of eating life changing indeed.

    Once I get the ketones flowing, I can intermittently fast for one meal a day, usually early dinner.  Fasting gives me anxiety. Kinda scared of it.  I’d like to learn more about it and have watched some Dr Boz and Dr Fung videos. I’m tempted.

  • Thanks Joanna 😀 You know my advice is to not over think it just DO IT! Dive right since your already do OMAD you can start with a 36 HR water fast then 48 - 72 and so on try to do one prolonged fast a week you have to train your fasting muscle. Wish u all the best!
