Big weight shocker!!

Hi everyone!  I am here to make myself accountable!  I weighed in at 225 this morning and was just sick over it.  I have put on 20 pounds!  Ugh!  I am going to check in at least once a day .  I need to get this weight off!  Any tips for a restarter????

  • The only way I have had success is to track my macros.  It's easy to get off track.  I'm not always in ketosis, but I have been successful so far this year with losing weight.

    Record everything that goes into your mouth and watch your macros diligently. You can do it.

    I’M WITH  YOU!  I’ve gained 12 pounds in the past several months by not tracking carbs, and indulging in vacation and summer delights.  Snapping back into keto ASAP.  For me, I need to keep carbs at 20 total grams or less. I’ve started this morning with steak, eggs and coffee. Yaaaas.  #yummeh
