I try to concentrate my protein into one period of the day (intermittent fasting) or a single meal. I use keto coffee early in the eating window, adding cocoa and peanut butter if I feel hungry and need a bit of protein. MCT oil seems to always be good as long as it doesn't cause digestive issues for you. Use blue cheese, ranch or Caesar dressings for variety, but some will tell you to stay away because of the oils used in these.

Welcome! I've been at the Keto for a month. I too go over in my protein. I think it's very easy to do. I don't worry too much about it. I'm losing weight mostly by counting the carbs and not eating any refined sugars. I miss sugar in my coffee in the morning but am learning to adapt. I also miss Junior Mints.
Anyway...stick with it and good luck! Everyone has their own methods to fighting the madness but if you stick to the goal, you'll get there!

I use MCT, heavy whipping cream and Nut Pods Creamer in my coffee. I use 1 tablespoon of each and mix it with my coffee in the blender for about 15 seconds. I think this makes the drink delicious and it keeps me full. For the first month and a half I added the ingredients and stirred into my coffee, I drank it but it was not nearly as good as blending it. Best of luck!

I'm 23.7 pounds down since January 3rd and am struggling to keep on a focused, disciplined plan. I miss Little Debbie Snack Cakes and I need a vanilla ice cream, but as soon as I do, I'll be off this plan and never post again. So I stay with the program and keep ya'll updated in an effort to stay on track. Let's keep each other motivated! Stay focused! Keep on track! If you falter, come back!

Patrickervin I know you said you count carbs. I do the bullet coffee (tea) in the morning, and there is so much fat in there that I really don't having any cravings. And the only carbs I get (net carbs) are in the simple foods I eat (carb friendly veggies like spinach, avocado, and so often I am under on net carbs for the day.
Good luck. I've lost 30lbs since the day after Thanksgiving, so that's about 10 lb/month.
