First time on Keto
HI all,
This is my first time on Keto and I'm 2 weeks in. I seem to be doing ok, 7lbs lost. I have already cheated a couple of times (3 x slices bread and 'some' wine. I got straight back on it the next day though. I am not sure if I have a slight keto flu or I'm just tired anyhow! The one thing I am really pleased about is my appetite - it seems to be really under control to the point that I sometimes consider skipping a meal or at lease eat when I'm not really hungry (at meals times only). I miss bread badly so I am experimenting with keto bread which, in all honesty, is not too bad at all!
Anyhow, I shall look forward to learning as I go along!
