Separate the eggs and whisk egg whites until soft in peaks . Whisk yolks , husk and cream cheese in separate bowl. Fold in whites and drop mixture in to pan low heat turn over and serve when cooked.
Makes 4 to 5 pancakes . So two or three pancakes each . Serve with cream and berries .
