Itchs

I have been off Keto for a while and now back on, I am have a crazy itch all over body today...I don't remember having this last time. Did anybody have this? I just don't know what it is....help

    Hi it might be worth seeing a dr especially as you didnt get when you did keto before as you might be allergic to something.

    Someone on here posted on a different section that they had  the same thing and they worked out they were allergic to swerve and other sweetner

  • Elaine, here, Yes, I have had itching all over but it has stopped the longer I am on the program. Dont know if it is from keto but I assumed it was!
