New to Keto

Hi everyone, I’ve been on the keto diet for about a week. So far no ketosis. Up until yesterday, my Carbcounter app settings were based on total carbs taken in. I noticed a setting for net carbs and adjusted my count according.  Do the majority of you track net carbs and calories?  I’m thinking that adding in my exercise, will give more realistic  goals. What are your thoughts?

  • Count net carbs.  After a week you should be in ketosis already. Are you eating 20 carbs or under? No sugars & other not allowed foods?
