Protein Shakes

Hello, I have just started my Keto journey. I have a bag of protein drink that I was using as a breakfast shake before I started keto. See the pics. Can I use this in my daily plan or should I get rid of it?  Thanks.

    Looks like it has 1 -2 net carbs at most, subtracting fiber carbs from total carbs. Looks great otherwise !

    I'm eating a very strict ketogenic diet, tracking every macro. I have this bag of protein mix left over and I don't want to throw it away. Today I was short on protein due to missing lunch, so had a quick shake to fill in the missing protien. Had enough fats, so all good.

    David Pressey life happens & sometimes I can see the need. I agree don’t waste it ~ but I love a quick serving of scrambled eggs with avocado oil served on leaves 😋😋

    David Pressey hi David.  If your not hungry you can try just skipping a meal. Its okay. I see your just starting. Have you hit the keto flu yet? Listen to your body- I would think this is okay to take as long as your in your pie circle and your substituting a meal when hungry. You will see probably a difference in your belt size in no time. Men have quicker success typically than women.
