Hi my name is Marla I’m 9 Days new to the keto diet. I had a few days of the keto flu mostly just dizzy. I have adjusted well my appetite has certainly decreased. I am finding that to stay within my calorie range I’m having trouble hitting my fat marker any suggestions
Hi Marla. I started 9 days ago as well. Struggled meeting target then I discovered fat bombs! Yummy! Dr Axe has a couple of recipes that I’m using. I try to eat close to the ratio of fat/carb/proteins for each meal and seem to have acclimated with few side effect. Hope this helps.
