New to Keto

Hi  my name is Marla I’m 9 Days new to the keto diet. I had a few days of the keto flu mostly just dizzy. I have adjusted well my appetite has certainly decreased. I am finding that to stay within my calorie range I’m having trouble hitting my fat marker any suggestions

  • that’s the difficult part. I end of not eating what I should to hit that marker. So i take vitamins. I know that doesn’t help 😂

    Hi Marla. I started 9 days ago as well. Struggled meeting target then I discovered fat bombs! Yummy! Dr Axe has a couple of recipes that I’m using. I try to eat close to the ratio of fat/carb/proteins for each meal and seem to have acclimated with few side effect. Hope this helps.

  • Fat is not a goal to hit,  it is there to keep you full.  If you are not hungry,  don't force it down.  The goal is to burn body fat,  not dietary fat.

    celticgladiator39d1 I agree with this. Hence why I don’t take mct oil, I want my body to burn my ketones now and my ingested fat from the foods I eat.
