Sorry I do Keto so don’t eat any sugar or artificial sugar, nor currently any fruit. A bit of cheese or nut butter & celery.... someone I feel sure, will come along.

For low carb and not a ketogenic diet there are several "sugar free " ideas, and I probably would love them all, but following ketogenic - artificial sweetners would really mess with my goals and my system. A simple go to is whip whipping cream with sugar free jello or pudding- or sugar free cheesecakes w macadami nut crust. It's really best to stay away from all artificial sweetners as it could cause more cravings for carbs- for most people anyhow.

badmojomn could be a good Sunday treat though. If you're disciplined enough to not have it on regular basis. But I'm in a strict place yet... so I will have to wait before I endulge in anything like that.

  • Lindt makes a series of chocolate bars with increasing amounts of cocoa content.  The higher the percentage of cocoa, the lower the sugar content (in these bars, not necessarily other brands).  I started with the 70% and worked my way to the 99% percent.  The 99% bars are high in fat, low in carbs.  It is an acquired taste, but if you are not eating any sugar or sweeteners, the 99% tastes sweet.  Check them out here

Another favorite is to whip up heavy cream and put it on blackberries.

wamdesigns ditto not an option for me, I am on a mission to GOAL 🥅🎊🎊🎊 not sure if I will lift my head then either. More likely to add some extra carbs via sweet potatoes, peas (my favourites & I miss them)  hemp hearts, a few grains rather than flours.

JonnyPancake 99% ...... if I get really desperate thanks for the info.

JonnyPancake Ghiradelli makes high cacao % chocolate too. I buy 86% or 90%. I’ll have to check your link for 99%. I’ve always liked really dark chocolate anyway and this helps with cravings

  •  A scoop of grass fed full fat cottage cheese, some raspberries or blueberries, and a spoonful of xylitol. Eat it that way or mix it up with the immersion blender and it tastes like dessert!
