Confused about net carbs shown in app

Hi all,

we are on Keto since end of January. Yesterday I downloaded the app and I am confused about my husbands breakfast (Bacon-Egg-Muffins + Chia-Pudding)

reciepe: https://carbmanager.page.link/4SwP3NXHobgtDDJe6

due to my American cookbook this should have much more net carbs (~6.1g). According to this app it only has 0.8g ?! Did I do something wrong during creating this recipe? Even my 7oz black coffee has 2g net carbs...

Thank you so much for your help!

Why do you think it should have more carbs? Did you actually scan in the ingredients you used? If you did, then your grated cheese may have had cornstarch added which will up your carbs.

It definitely should have more carbs.  These are the ingredients:

Sliced Hardwood Smoked Bacon by Kirkland Signature 3 slices (0 carbs)

Mexican Style Shredded Cheese Blend by Kirkland Signature ¼ cup (1 net carb)

Eggs, Grade A Large by Kirkland Signature 2 egg (1 net carb)

Organic Chia Seeds by Better Body Foods 2 tbsp (2 net carbs)

Heavy Whipping Cream Ultra Pasteurized by Land O Lakes ¼ cup (2 net carbs)

Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk by Kirkland Signature 0.5 cup (0 net carbs)

So these should have 6 net carbs, possibly 5 or 7 depending on fractions.  I'd suggest entering the ingredients separately rather than relying on the faulty recipe.
