Not sure how to start
I'm a 57 yr old female who has always struggled with weight gains/losses. Menopause has come with a 70 pound weight gain in 5 years😳. Low calorie diets have resulted in stress fractures and low carb alone bought me a 1.2 pound loss over 6 weeks. I'm starting Keto today and feel confused about what to eat and how to plan.
